A murder detective at the Los Angeles Police Department has announced that three men have been arrested suspected of a fatal home invasion in Woodland Hills.
Police responded to a death investigation in the 22,200 block of Delaosa Street at around 12:56am on Saturday. Upon arriving at his home, he found the victim identified as 47-year-old Alexandre Maudvaze, suffering from a fatal head injury.
Investigators were able to determine that three men had entered ModeBadze’s residence. Police said the victim was taken prisoner and attacked before the intruder left the house with his property.
LAPD, with the support of the FBI, was able to find the suspect hours after the invasion. One of the men was arrested in Van Nuis and the other two were arrested in Glendale.
The three men were identified as 38-year-old Paata Kochyashvili, 46-year-old Zaza Otarashvili, and 52-year-old Besiki Khutsishvili.
The investigation is still underway.
