Police and federal agents stormed a Brentwood home Wednesday afternoon and seized, among other evidence, a firetruck who could be tied up by a Chino Hills man who was arrested nearly two years ago for setting up a fictional fire station in impersonation of a law enforcement officer.

The Los Angeles Police Department’s main crime division has confirmed with KTLA that it has executed a search warrant at its Brentwood home in the 100 block of South Rockingham, along with assistance with the U.S. Alcohol Service, cigarettes, firearms and explosives.

Officials will only say that the resident has been arrested for charges related to firearm violations, government fraud and firearm violations that are pretending to be first responders.

One of the items photographed from the Brentwood home was a fire truck registered with the Santa Muerte Fire Station, locked in a tow yard in Wilmington.

The arson investigation forces of the Santa Muerte Fire Station and law enforcement agencies do not actually exist.

LA Police and federal agents seized fire trucks and unknown evidence from their Brentwood home on July 16, 2025. (KTLA) After being seized in Brentwood on July 16, 2025, the fictional Santa Muerte Fire Station registered at Wilmington Towyard has been registered with the Fire Department at Santa Muerton, where firetluck is registered. July 16, 2025 (KTLA) suspect Andrew De Boer, 42, of Chino Hills, was confiscated by Andrew De Boer after being suspected of being misled by law enforcement officials in a photo from the Chino Hills Police Department. During the incident, a Chino Hills man identified as 42-year-old Andrew de Boer was caught in a surveillance camera wearing a fake uniform equipped with a gun, baton, pepper spray and a Santa Muerte badge, causing an illegal traffic stop.

The De Boer vehicle, a white Ford F-350 truck, was equipped with a California exemption license plate, fire station decals and emergency lights.

The 42-year-old at the time was arrested, booked for impersonating a law enforcement officer and falsely sentenced to prison.

Investigators with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department performed a search warrant at their Chino Hills residence and found additional evidence including body armor with Santa Muerte Fire Station patches, firearms, identification cards, badges and uniforms.

So far, LAPD has touched on tight about Wednesday’s attack on Brentwood.

The custody identities have not been released and police have not said that other evidence was seized during the surgery and whether it has anything to do with DeBor’s 2023 arrest.
