Hemet Police Station has released unedited images of the Goodnight Former S, a man suspected of impersonating a police officer and committing illegal traffic stops.
Goodnight was arrested earlier this week after reports that he was riding a white law enforcement-style motorcycle around Hemet, causing emergency lights to flash and several vehicle code violations.

At the time of his arrest, he was found to be in possession of a Glock-style pistol, two working stun guns, a telescopic baton and a container of pepper spray.
Goodnight is not a legal officer, but a convicted felon who is prohibited from actually owning a weapon, police said.

A blurry photo of Goodnight was shared by Hemet Police Station along with images of his uniform, weapons and motorcycle. On Wednesday, police decided to release an unmodified image of the suspect if locals could admit him or be illegally stopped.
“We remain committed to protecting our residents and appreciate their continued vigilance and support,” the police department wrote on social media.
The investigation is still underway and police will email anyone with information or email them or 951-765-2400 Ext. 3725.
Anyone suspected of being drawn to by police impersonation will immediately call 911, inform the dispatcher of the location and vehicle description, and be urged to keep the windows and doors locked until the dispatcher can verify the identity of the person who stops them.
