According to a new poll, President Donald Trump currently has the highest approval rating, compared to any point during his first term in office.
47% of Americans have approved Trump’s job performance less than a month after being sworn in as the 47th president, the latest national survey by the Pew Research Center found.
While he is the 45th president, it is higher than at any point, but Trump’s initial approval rating is lower than most other presidents since Ronald Reagan. However, George W. Bush’s early approval rates for the second term were roughly the same as Trump’s.

A poll conducted among 5,086 adults from January 27 to February 2 found that Trump’s actions were better than expected with nearly three in 10 adults, or 28%. However, 36% said they expected.
His behavior is considered to be worse than expected by 35% of adults.
Americans have fairly evenly divided the ways Trump’s White House believes it will affect the federal government. In the survey, 41% of adults said they believe the Trump administration will improve the federal system, while 42% believe the federal state will worsen along with him.

Public opinion about Trump’s agenda remains completely divided along partisan lines. Polls found that 67% of Republicans, including those who are red, support all or most of Trump’s plans and policies. For Democrats and Lean Blue people, 84% support less or nothing. A nearly identical share of Republicans, 76%, said Trump would improve the way the federal government operates as 78% of Democrats said the federal government would worsen.

For Republicans, 53% thought Trump’s recent actions were better than expected, but polls found that 60% of Democrats believe the president’s performance is worse than expected.
