Nationwide Home Goods Retailer at Home has announced plans to close six additional locations to navigate Chapter 11 bankruptcy and increase current store closures to 32.
At home, he will be closing his Iowa Council Bluffs store. Lake in Hills, Illinois. Bloomington, Indiana. Ypsilanti, Michigan; Ocean Township, New Jersey. And West Bountiful, Utah, is managing bankruptcy, according to a news release from Hilco Consumer.
Sales for “Store Closing” are already underway.
“These six stores offer the best deals shoppers see all year round, but only for a short period of time,” a Hilco spokesperson said. “Customers who want the best selection of furniture, decoration and seasonal discoveries should shop early before the most popular items disappear.”
In his bankruptcy filing in June, he cited “a rapidly changing tariff landscape, sustained macroeconomic headwinds and internal pressures” at home.

He also cited the prolonged effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and the changes in consumer preferences from brick and mortar stores to online shopping. At the time of submission, it operated 260 stores in 40 states.
