The voter registration for the “Euphoria” actress has emerged as she faces backlash from the controversial American Eagle Jeans campaign. Since June 2024, she has been registered with the Florida Republican in Monroe County, the New York Post reported, citing official voter records.
Earlier this week, American Eagle released her latest campaign with an actress entitled “Sidney Sweeney is Great Jeans.” After its release, there was a mix of reactions on social media.
Some critics said Billboard’s play on “jeans” vs. “jeans” repeated the eugenics slogan, but supporters argued it was a light-hearted marketing gimmick.

In a promotional video posted to the brand’s Instagram, the 27-year-old walked towards the AE billboard featuring her and the catchphrase, “Sidney Sweeney has great genes.” Sweeney erased the “genes” and replaced it with “jeans” before leaving.

“My political advice to the Democrats keeps telling everyone they think Sydney Sweeney is a Nazi, and that seems like their actual strategy,” Vance joked when he appeared on Friday’s “Russless” podcast.
