President-elect Trump on Monday announced the selection of ambassadors to the United States from five countries, including Austria and Japan.

In a series of truthful social posts Monday night, the president-elect detailed the selection of U.S. ambassadors to Japan, the Dominican Republic, Austria, Luxembourg, and Uruguay. Each nominee must be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

President Trump has nominated George Edward Glass, former US ambassador to Portugal, to be the next US ambassador to Japan.

“As a former head of an investment bank, Mr. George will bring his business acumen to the role of ambassador,” Trump said of Glass. “George is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he served as alumni president and a member of the Board of Directors. He always puts America first. Congratulations George!”

Leah Frances Campos, sister of “Fox & Friends Weekend” co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy and sister-in-law of incoming Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, was also selected as an ambassador. President Trump nominated her to be the U.S. ambassador to the Dominican Republic.

“Mr. Lear served our country as a case officer for the CIA before serving as senior adviser to the Western Hemisphere on the House Foreign Affairs Committee,” the Republicans wrote. “Leah brings her love of country and commitment to national security and prosperity to her post as U.S. Ambassador to the Dominican Republic. Congratulations, Leah!”

“He consistently ranks as a top broker in the region and in North Carolina, and represents many of the smartest clients in the United States,” the president-elect wrote. “Art is a passionate supporter of America First and would make us proud in Austria!”

President Trump added that Stacey Feinberg and Lou Rinaldi will become U.S. ambassadors to Luxembourg and Uruguay, respectively.

President Trump said of Feinberg: “As a producer of Broadway musicals, a motivational speaker, and a board member of the Women’s Founders Network, Stacey helps women launch their careers and grow their businesses, achieving unprecedented success. I am working hard to do that,” he wrote. “Stacey is going to be a great person and will make America proud!”

President Trump called his candidate a “successful businessman, entrepreneur, and longtime friend” who grew up in Uruguay.

“Lou is a great golfer and is coming to a country with great courses. Having grown up in Uruguay, he has a deep understanding of the culture and history of this country,” Trump’s statement said. “His expertise and background make him uniquely qualified to advance U.S. national interests and strengthen the long-standing partnership between the United States and Uruguay.”
