Kate, Princess of Wales, has shared a Christmas letter with a poignant message about the importance of “love, kindness and forgiveness”.
Calling for “love, not fear,” she says this Christmas story is about “the importance of giving and receiving empathy” and “how much we need each other despite our differences.” He said that it shows.

“Love is a light that can shine brightly even in the darkest of times,” she wrote.
In a video address released in March, the Duchess revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was “undergoing preventative chemotherapy” after speculation arose about her health and whereabouts. She said the cancer was discovered during major abdominal surgery in January.
The announcement comes less than a month after his father-in-law Charles III underwent surgery for enlarged prostate in February and announced his own cancer diagnosis. As treatment progressed, he resumed official duties in April.
In September, Duchess Kate finished her chemotherapy treatment and said she would return to a light schedule of royal duties until the end of the year.
Neither Charles nor Duchess Kate have revealed what type of cancer they have been diagnosed with. Buckingham Palace announced that the king did not have prostate cancer.
Last month, William spoke out about how his father and wife’s health problems had affected their family, calling it a “brutal” year.
This will be the fourth year that the Princess has hosted the ‘Together’ Christmas carol service, and Westminster Abbey will be decorated with sustainable decorations that reflect the Princess’ belief in the healing powers of nature. This is also a theme she has been passionate about this year.
The service will be recorded on Friday and broadcast on Christmas Eve in the UK.
