Protesters confuse Galgadot’s Hollywood Walk of Fame Ceremony

Protesters from both sides of the Gaza war clashed outside actress Gadot’s Hollywood fame walk.

Palestinian supporters were furious at the Israeli actress being celebrated as the war abroad became furious.

What was thought to be an exciting and festive moment for the “Wonder Woman” actress on Tuesday has turned into a violent conflict amid fostering tensions in the Middle East.

Gadot was an outspoken defender of her home country following the fatal Hamas-led attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

The “Snow White” actress continued this rhetoric at various events and gave a lively speech. Earlier this month, she received the International Leadership Award from the Prevention League for the Never Is Now Is Now Summit on Anti-Semitism and Hate.

“I am proud to be Jewish and I am proud to be Israeli,” Gadot said in a speech at the event. “But this is a time when many of us in the Jewish community had to find our voices and stand up to our hatred towards us, even if it was very uncomfortable. But even if you tried to avoid it before, it’s not really about you to speak up, and none of us can ignore the explosion of Jewish hatred around the world. Jews, we have to bring them home, we are here together.

The Sky5 video shows a sure group from both sides gathered on Hollywood Boulevard outside the ceremony held in the tent on Tuesday morning.

The slander and insults cried out at each other repeatedly. The tension even escalated into physical contact. Witnesses told KTLA 5 that someone on one side had stole flags and items from opposition groups, which led to more violence and prompted police to arrest more.

A video obtained by KTLA 5 showed a pro-Palestinian demonstrator calling pro-Israeli activists “Nazis.”

Gadot’s ceremony will debut as Maleficent on March 21 in Disney’s new live-action “Snow White” film.

So far, Gadot has not made any public comments about the demo.

The ceremony comes hours after Israel began airstrikes across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday morning.

The area’s health ministry said it killed at least 400 Palestinians. This was mostly women and children.

The surprise attack ended the ceasefire between Hamas and Israel.

The White House said it was consulted and expressed support for Israel’s actions. A Hamas official said Netanyahu’s decision to return to war would be a “death sentence” for the remaining hostages.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
