“Put the Bon”: Senate Prime Minister Senate assault by Senator

R-La. Senator John Kennedy of the United Kingdom launched a unique attack on British Prime Minister Stage of Kiel over plans to abandon military bases in the Indian Ocean, warning British leaders to “put the bongs.”

“The United Nations wants to feel guilty about Britain, so they want to give our military bases and their military bases to Mauritius,” Kennedy said on the Senate floor. “Now the British Prime Minister can stop this, and our new Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, is against it. And I’m not talking to him in person, but President Trump opposes it. I think he’s doing that.”

The problem is the fate of the Chagos Islands, the British overseas territory of the Indian Ocean, which currently hosts the US-UK joint naval base in Diego Garcia.

However, a 2019 UN-backed ruling by the International Court of Justice found that the UK did not claim the island, and the UK cut contracts to hand over the island’s sovereignty to Mauritius This has been accelerating.

The deal calls for the base to remain under US and UK control for another 99 years, but plans to hand over the territory have been pushed back in both the UK and the US.

Kennedy knew that he was one of those critics and called the plan to give up control of the island “deeply bones in bone marrow foolishness.”

“The UK is our friend. I went to school there for a while. I love them and want to see the Prime Minister do well, but he needs to put the bong. He You need to put the bongs,” Kennedy said. “This makes no sense at all, and if he abandons our military base into what will effectively become China, then it becomes a big part of his legacy. It will be.”

The Louisiana Senator then suddenly changed gears, urging him to rethink what is still wise, claiming that he “means not rude.”

“I shouldn’t say the bong part, I’ll take it back,” Kennedy said. “Please Mr. Prime Minister, please don’t do this. Please don’t do this. We ask the United Nations, who are so angry with you, to fill out a report of hurtful feelings. We will stand together. We will stand with you.”

The Prime Minister’s Office did not immediately respond to Fox News digital requests for comments.
