The Los Angeles Rams will build a permanent headquarters and major new mixed-use development in Woodland Hills, the team announced Monday.
The project, dubbed Warner Center’s Rams Village, will convert 52 acres into the Rams’ state-of-the-art training facility, two indoor performance venues, and a sports and entertainment district fixed in millions of square feet of homes, retail, offices and public spaces.
The proposed development is within the Warner Center 2035 Planning Area and complies with the planned land use regulations. This outlines Woodland Hills’ 1,100 acres of sustainable transport-oriented vision.

“As we return to Los Angeles and enter our 10th season, we are committed to helping shape the future of this great city,” said Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke.
The Rams’ permanent headquarters will include facilities over 350,000 square feet, two existing outdoor fields and a 150,000 square feet indoor practice field that can accommodate up to 2,500 guests. The team has a temporary facility and opened in August. It will continue to be used until construction is complete.
The Kroenke organization acquired nearly 100 acres at Warner Center in 2022. This includes the adjacent Topanga Village Outdoor Shopping Center during development.
The new neighborhood will link to the surrounding area via landscaping and design elements, officials said.
The broader project, designed by global construction company Gensler, will have two indoor venues of 5,000 and 2,500 people, with approximately 2 million square feet of commercial space and over 3 million square feet of residential space. At least 9.5 acres of open open space is included in the plan.
“The proposed project will transformatively bringing new jobs, new housing and the first major entertainment venue in the San Fernando Valley,” Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said in a news release issued by the team. She later said on social media that she believes the project will bring new jobs, new housing and economic growth to our cities.
Formal planning applications are expected in the coming months.
