He called Russian President Vladimir Putin “crazy,” expressing his support for Ukraine, defending “secondary sanctions and weapons support.”
“I agree with President Trump. War crimes Putin is crazy. The civilized world will not sit in Putin’s empire tantrum at the expense of more children’s lives. Secondary sanctions and weapons support are now standing with Ukraine to fight back this unprovoked invasion and work for the peace of home,” Wilson wrote Monday.

Trump, who has helped put an end to the Russian-Ukraine war, also blows up Zelensky in the post, declaring, “Everything from his mouth causes problems, I don’t like it, I should stop it.”
In X’s Monday night post, Sen. Chuck Grassley of R-Iowa urged President Trump to act.
“I killed Putin’s enuf an innocent ppl. Press Trump is at least sanctioning,” Grassley said in the post.

A large, bipartisan coalition of US senators supports the proposed sanctions. Grassley is the original co-star of the Senate measure, and Wilson is the original co-host of the House Edition.
Zelenskyy also advocates sanctions.

“New and strong sanctions against Russia will serve as a guaranteed means of forcing Russia to not only stop the fire but to show respect from the United States, Europe and from all over the world who are seeking peace,” Zelenkie declared in an X post on Monday.
