Former Minnesota Sen. Dr. Scott Jensen, a Republican who lost the Tim Waltz government, who will be serving in the state’s 2022 governor’s contest, has announced another governor’s bid.
“Twenty years of liberal policies have made Minnesota too expensive and dangerous, and our culture has been bluffed. Tim Walz has made it worse, and leaders have to take responsibility.
Then-former President Donald Trump approved Jensen before Minnesotan was defeated in the 2022 governor’s contest.

“Minnesota has finally got the opportunity to have a great governor. His name is Dr. Scott Jensen, a Republican governor candidate, who will bring Minnesota back from the brink,” Trump said in an October 2022 Social Post of Truth.
“Strong in both fighting crime and solid and wise education, the results will be seen soon. And there’s no more intense acquisition of police precincts. Minnesota will be great again. Dr. Scott Jensen has my full and full support!” he continued.
Waltz urges Democrats to “be a little mean” and Trump “become a bully.”

Walz, who is currently serving his second consecutive term, could run again next year as the state has no governor’s term limit.
