The Palisades Fire, which broke out in Pacific Palisades more than a week ago, is now 23,700 acres and 22% contained. The Eaton Fire is 14,100 acres and 55% contained. Initial evacuations for the Palisades fire have been lifted, but some evacuated residents may have to wait more than a week before returning to their homes in the affected areas.
