First Fox: The main household Republican is to introduce a bill to separate military academy sports teams based on biological gender, along with the support of activist Riley Gaines.
Dusty Johnson, Rs.D. in an interview with Fox News Digital. said it is important that Congress act as it has jurisdiction over these military schools.
“There’s an important physiological difference between men and women. I think most people know that, and this bill confirms that our military academy has a fair playing field,” Johnson said.
“We wanted to make sure that the council has pretty clear authority. Clearly, we wanted to make sure that the management or oversight of the service academy is a key council duty.”

“As someone who personally experienced the consequences of unfair competition in women’s sports, I strongly support the protection of women in sports under the Military Academy Act,” she said.
“Our country’s military academy must be the gold standard of fairness, discipline and integrity, not an institution that sacrifices female athletes at the altar of political correctness.”
She said South Dakota Republican law “sures that protections remain intact as it is, as brave young women train to lead our army.”
