California City Councillors were blown up on social media over the weekend after sharing photos of Ice Agent on Instagram with the words “terrorist” written in red above the agent.

In a photo posted to Instagram in anger by San Diego City Councilman Sean Elo Rivera’s carriage with the machine song “Bulls on Parade,” the immigration agent appears to be in a parking lot carrying helmets, vests and guns.

“Look at this photo. It’s not a war zone, it’s a neighborhood in our city,” Ero Rivera wrote in the post. “In San Diego, parents are targeting people who drop their children off at school, who follow the laws within the courts, and who only work at local restaurants.

“These are federal agents who raided the wrong act of ‘safety’,” he added. “This is not safe. It’s state-sponsored terrorism. And anyone who cares about freedom and true security needs to fight back.”

DHS says that members of the Massachusetts City Council have “incited chaos” ice has been arrested as a “violent criminal”

Before the post Friday night, Ero Rivera, who represents the 9th City Council District, shared a series of Instagram stories criticizing ice behavior in the city.

“They targeted their parents outside of schools in my district,” he wrote in one story. “They are targeting people who follow court law. Tonight, they’ll target hardworking people in South Park and tomorrow anyone can do it in any area of San Diego.

In a subsequent Instagram story, he called ICE agents “Jackboot’s thugs,” “ward sick people,” and “criminals,” and described the actions of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) were “state sponsored terrorism.”

After the release was made by LA-based Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin on Saturday afternoon, Elo-Rivera returned to social media again to double his phrase.

The “Fox ‘News” correspondent called attention to my choice of words… I said what I meant and meant what I said,” Elo-Rivera wrote.

He then posted a screenshot from the Cornell Law School website. This pointed out that there is no universal definition of terrorism, and checked the list of bullet points for “common elements” that “characterize it” before calling Instagram users “fascists.”

Sanctuary City lawyers plot to help illegal immigrants avoid ice in emails from exposed groups

Stephen Miller, Deputy Chiefs of Staff of Policy and Homeland Security Advisor for the White House, wrote in response to Ero Rivera’s post, “We live in an age of left-wing domestic terrorism, who openly support American aggression and encourage violence against law enforcement to infringe it.”

Ero Rivera responded by calling Miller “one of America’s most dishonest and worst people.”

The Instagram post comes just hours after Ice Boston head Patricia Hyde said Fox News Sanctuary’s jurisdiction was beginning to escalate against Ice.

The reported cases include a group of activists trying to release allegedly handcuffed to the ice and the allegedly illegal immigrants who blew away crowds of ice covers outside the homes of illegal immigrants.

“I think the lack of cooperation is getting worse and worse, putting the lives of law enforcement at risk,” Hyde said.
