Evacuation warnings have been ordered for parts of Riverside County as a burning brush fire in northern San Diego County began to be pushed north.
In addition to the CAL fire, the Henderson fire was first reported near Henderson and Paramission Road in a small community in Para on the Palindian Reservation in northern San Diego County, around 5:45pm on Friday.
Late Saturday morning, the flames had burned 300 acres.
The evacuation order was in place for the area surrounding the Para Community, home to Mission Indian Para Band, just south of the San Diego Riverside County Line. As the fire spread, more evacuation orders and warnings were issued, including parts of Southwest Riverside County.
With X’s 3:10pm update, authorities lifted all evacuation warnings in Riverside County.

Areas of Riverside County, which were subject to evacuation warnings (indicating a potential threat to life and property), included several areas south of Temecula.

Additionally, several local road closures were in place as hundreds of firefighters worked to contain the brush fire. Smoke recommendations have been issued by the North San Diego County Fire Protection District and the South Coast Air Quality Monitoring District.
Huntington Beach, listed as a sanctuary city, was a “serious mistake,” the mayor says.
According to officials at the South Coast AQMD, the wind transports smoke north towards the county community along the western river, and the air quality index indicates a moderate presence of pollutants in the area.

The Riverside County Emergency Management Department has established an evacuation center at Temecula Valley High School, located at 31555 Rancho Vista Road in Temecula.
Cal Firefighters provided an update on the fire before 10:30am, saying the crew continued to fight the flames from above the ground.
“Firemen were able to make progress last night because they had minimal fire behavior,” the status summary states. “There is a considerable number of extra firefighters and equipment required today, as there is work to completely contain the fire. [which] It is burning in steep, rugged terrain near Para’s reservation. ”
No known is to begin the Henderson fire.
