First on FOX: Consumers’ Research, a leading nonprofit dedicated to consumer information, has launched an advertising campaign against one of the top health care systems in the US, accusing them of prioritizing “awakening” politics over patient care.
Consumer research targets Henry Ford Health in Detroit, Michigan. This includes a campaign called Ford Health Exposure, which includes a website in which the group describes how Henry Ford places politics on patients who are woven into patients, manages harmful transgender treatment for children, and prioritizes underlying climate areas.
The website points out that the Henry Ford Health website is littered with examples of “awakening” ideology, including Dei, who said the hospital was “woven into every fabric we do.”
“Diversity is always the foundation on which Henry Ford Health stands,” the organization’s website said.

The website also openly promotes the use of “unconscious bias training” and employee resource groups, and promotes a “diversity” agenda that says “enhancing the quality of care and comfort for each person we serve.”
The healthcare system also promotes what it describes on its website as “supplier diversity.” Here we prioritize cooperation with companies owned by LGBTQ+ people or certain minority categories at least 51%.
Kimberlydawn Wisdom, Community Health and Equity and Chief Wellness and Diversity Officer at Henry Ford Health, is a 2021 newsletter posted on the provider’s website, and says “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is simply not enough,” Kimberlydeon’s Wisdom.
“Diversity, equity and inclusion alone will only mitigate past damage. Our ultimate destination must be justice to prevent past mistakes from putting a burden on our community in the future.”

“I wrote an article promoting gender-affirming medical therapy and transgender treatment for children to support social transitions in childhood,” said Dr. Maureen Connolly, a pediatrician and HFH LGBTQ+ specialist.
Connolly also promoted “gender exploration” in another article posted on the HFH website. “If your daughter feels like the boy inside you, cut her hair and call her by another name and switch wardrobes.”
In addition to the agenda advertised on the website, Henry Ford Health faces accusations of providing gender treatment to children. Hospitals have been engaged in sex exchange treatments, surgery and adolescent blocker treatments in recent years, according to a database compiled by the harm of stopping.
Fox News Digital reached out to Henry Ford Health for comment, but the hospital refused to respond to a media investigation. However, the hospital has removed some DEI sections from its website over the past 24 hours archived by Fox News Digital.
Advertising campaigns charge HFH to “push children through irreversible sex changes.”
In 2023, the Ruth Ellis Center named HFH to the Ludwig Community Benefit Award by improving community well-being by providing integrated healthcare and social services to LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) youth in Detroit.
“In 2022, the Henry Ford Provider at the Ruth Ellis facility cared for more than 700 LGBTQ+ patients, including 429 young transgender adults, over the course of over 6,800 medical visits.” “The Health and Wellness Center was the source of comprehensive sexual health services, including primary care, gender positive care, HIV prevention and treatment, and behavioral health services for dozens of adolescents and young adults.”
HFH is also involved in promoting a liberal climate agenda that includes millions of dollars in spending last year, creating and promoting a central energy hub as part of its promotion of zero-zero emissions, according to its website last year.
According to a press release on the website, HFH partnered with an energy company in 2021.
“Sustainability is an integral part of building a strong, healthy community,” said Bob Lenay, Healthcare Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Henry Ford Health System.

“At Henry Ford, health equity lies at the foundation of everything we do, the unfortunate fact that low-income communities and communities of color are disproportionately affected by poor environmental conditions that are exacerbated by climate change.
The consumer research campaign also includes a mobile billboard outside hospital locations in Detroit and Macomb, a sign near the state capitol in Lansing, and a choke stencil around Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

“Henry Ford Health puts politics ahead of patients,” Will Hild, executive director of consumer research, told Fox News Digital. “Powered by gender ideology, Henry Ford continues to treat sexual changes that are deeply harmful and irreversible to children and must be stopped.”
“The deliberate amputation of hospitals in the confused child body directly opposes President Trump’s order of life, and eliminates despicable practices. Henry Ford Health has committed to embedding DEIs in every aspect of its surgery and raising the agenda of fundamental ideology beyond the basic obligation to provide excellent scientifically based care.” “Given the number of resources Henry Ford has wasted unnecessary and extreme awakening programs, hospitals are barely distinguished from activist groups, not only venting radical left-wing topics, but also actively imposing these ideologies on patients and staff, but also embracing Henry Ford’s health, not just courses of change, but to put a more awakened agenda than patient care.”
