A man from his hometown accused of committing a child sex crime has been arrested after a month-long investigation, Riverside County officials announced Thursday.
According to the Riverside County DA, David Robled Jr., 36, is accused of abusing a child under the age of 14 and suffering from child pornography.
Authorities say Robredo, an employee of the Lake Elsinore Unified School District, is believed to have worked and visited the district’s multiple school sites.
The crime is also believed to have been committed at his hometown of Robled.
Robdeau faces three felony charges: two counts of indecent and lewd behavior against a child under the age of 14, possession of one child sexual assault material. He is also faced with one count of misdemeanors of illegally destroying evidence.
The Robled investigation began in December 2024 after the Riverside County Child Exploitation Team (RCCET) received a tip. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s Report showed that online users store child exploitation files on a cloud-based platform.
Investigators served as a search warrant at his residence after determining that the user of the account was allegedly Robled.
Robled was arrested on March 23rd, pleaded not guilty to all counts and a felony settlement meeting is scheduled for April 3rd in Murieta.
RCCET investigators believe there may be other victims and anyone with information about possible inappropriate contacts made by Robread should call the RCCET Task Force at 760-863-8168.
