When federal authorities charged Sean “Diddy” Combs with cleaning charges last year, they said the incident was far more than the mogul’s alleged misconduct.

Clark said he accused Combs of stealing diamond jewelry that had once been loaned out to him by a jeweller. She said Combs’ aide had conducted a lie detector test on her. He warned her that if she fails the test or doesn’t get a clear reading, “They are going to throw you into the East River.” After five days of testing and holding, she was released, she said.
Combs’ defense attorneys attempt to distinguish between the violence mentioned in the testimony and the accusations facing the mogul, saying “domestic violence is not sex trafficking.”
Combs pleads not guilty and says his lawyer has never invited Clark. Under cross-examination by Combs’ attorney Mark Agnifilo, Clark admitted that Combs exempts the gun when he arrived at her apartment, but he did not point it out to her. The defense attorneys have her admitted that she has repeatedly returned to work for combs after she left his employment.
George Kaplan, a personal assistant at Combs from 2013 to 2015, told the ju umpire he was a clean-up man who threw out bottles of alcohol and drugs and scavenged scenes of items from freak-offs. Kaplan, who was granted immunity by the prosecutor, testified that he had never reported any abuse to authorities.
