After 34 witnesses and six weeks of brutal, graphic testimony, federal prosecutors took a break from the lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Comb this week.
And his defense team took unexpected tactics. You choose not to present one witness, including the hip-hop mogul.

Ventura’s friend Bryana Bongolan testified that Combs hanged her on a 17-storey balcony and threw her into the furniture on the balcony in September 2016, saying, “I will never forget that he won’t hold me on that balcony.”
However, Combs’ lawyers provided evidence that he was across the country at the time of the alleged case.
