Authorities reportedly have overturned the kayak that was sent to the water by strong winds on KTLA, so the first responder is searching for a man in Lake Castay.
Los Angeles County Fire Department crews responded to the area after receiving reports of the incident in the Lower Lagoon area of the lake.
The lake lifeguard was able to quickly pull a woman who was at risk of her life.
In the incident footage posted on the Civic App, onlookers and first responders can see rescuers scan the lake as they conduct a search.

The diving team was reportedly being deployed, and although the day was expected to significantly complicate rescue operations, the search remains ongoing.

The capsized kayaks could be seen floating in areas filled with reeds and other plants life.
A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s helicopter was also circling the lake looking for signs of a missing man.
Authorities have not identified the women rescued or missing men.
