Allegations that the Chinese Communist Party produced fake driver’s licenses and shipped them to the US with plans to affect the 2020 presidential election in favour of Joe Biden, are being investigated by the Senate Judiciary Committee after the FBI revealed an investigation into the potential bomb on Monday night.
FBI Director Kash Patel placed the documents in late May at the request of Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, and declassified them and sent them to the committee on Monday evening.
Grassley of R-Iowa is requesting further information about this document. The information alleges that it attempted to provide a fake driver’s license to US China sympathizers who vote for candidate Biden. The documentation does not say whether the vote was cast as part of the scheme.

“Chairman Grassley has received FBI documents (responses) to requests made based on the disclosure of legally protected whistleblower,” a spokesman for Grassley told Fox News Digital. “This document argues serious national security concerns that need to be fully investigated by the FBI.”
Fox News Digital has reviewed declassified documents that include the “Warning” section. This is “an information report, and ultimately not intelligence, not an information report.”
“It is shared for informational purposes, but not fully evaluated, not integrated with other information, interpreted or analyzed,” the document states.

“Receivers are required to not take action on this live report, without prior coordination with the FBI,” the document states. “Unless a criminal case conviction occurs, there is a presumption of innocence for those reported in this IIR.”
The subject is “”.[REDACTED] In late August 2020, exports to US China sympathizers of the Chinese government’s fraudulent US driver’s license production and export to US Chinese sympathizers to create tens of thousands of fraudulent mail-order votes for US presidential candidate Joe Biden. ”
The “source” in the document is “a joint source with indirect access, and its reporting is unsupported in less than a year.”
The “context” states that “the source claimed that it had obtained information from the identified subsources and obtained information from unconfirmed PRC government officials.”
The document states, “In late August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large number of fraudulent US driver’s licenses secretly exported to the United States.
“A fraudulent driver’s license would allow USPER Joe ((Biden)), a US Presidential candidate who is sympathetic to the Chinese Communist Party, despite not qualifying to vote in the United States.

“China will collect US private user data from millions of Tiktok accounts and allow the Chinese government to use actual US information to create fraudulent drivers’ licenses to include names, IDs and addresses,” the document states.

“Fraudulent driver’s licenses include true ID numbers and true addresses of US citizens, making them difficult to detect,” the document adds. “China was planning to use fraudulent driver licenses to consider mail-in voting for tens of thousands.”
However, the FBI notation of the document indicates that the Bureau had some questions.
At one point, the agency wrote, “People were not the most effective area when creating Tiktok accounts. How China would address data from the application was not specified.”
Another FBI comment on the document was[REDACTED] The source can be reconnected. ”
The next page of the document contains a “substantial recall” of information held on September 25th, 2020. Christopher Ray, then-FBI director, testified before Congress that the FBI had not seen voter fraud coordinated prior to the 2020 election.
The “Context” section of the document is “[REDACTED] Sources claimed that the identified subsources had obtained information from the identified subsources and that the identified subsources had obtained information from unconfirmed PRC government officials. ”
The “Warnings” section of the document repeats the initial warning that the claim is part of “part of the information report and ultimately does not evaluate intelligence.”
The document stated that “the report was recalled to reinterview the source.” It also states that “recipients must destroy all copies of the original report and delete the original report from all computer holdings.”

“Recipients should ensure that the citation of the completed intelligence product information is based on a substantive recall of this report, not on previous versions.”
More information is being requested by the FBI as part of the Senate investigation.
“Grassley is requesting additional documentation from the FBI to verify production, and will encourage due diligence to investigate why the document was recalled, recall it, and inform Americans of its findings.”

The rest of the document has been heavily edited.
“Thanks to Chairman Grassley’s oversight work and partnership, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency to the People’s Bureau,” Patel said by declassifying the document and sending it to Grassley. “To that end, we found the documents that Chairman Grassley had requested.
“Specifically, these include a plan claim from CCP that will manufacture licenses for fake drivers and send them to the US with the aim of promoting fraudulent email-in voting.

Patel added, “As per the request of Chairman Grassley’s document, I immediately declassified the material and handed over the document to the Chairman for further review.”
However, Grassley is seeking information specifically related to the FBI’s decision under former director Ray’s leadership, recalls the document to “re-interview sources,” and “destroys all copies of the original report and removes the original report from all computing holds.”
Grassley requires that all records relating to follow-up interviews be subject to a Patel turnover over, including all communication between the agent and intelligence analyst.
“In addition, please explain all the investigation steps in which the FBI has determined the truthfulness of the IIR allegations, determine the truthfulness of the IIR allegations, and recall the IIR and the basis for the recall.
“Finally, I will explain why the predecessor, the FBI, requested that the original IIR be destroyed, whether this practice is consistent with the FBI’s past and present practices, and how it will coordinate with federal record-keeping requirements.”
The FBI report comes just a month after U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer at the international postal facility at Chicago O’Hare International Airport seized nearly 20,000 fraudulent licenses.

From January 2020 to June 30, 2020, CBP officers at the location reported seized 1,513 shipments of fraudulent documents, including a total of 19,888 counterfeit US driver’s licenses.
“The majority of these shipments arrived from China and Hong Kong,” CBP posted in a July press release.
It was not immediately clear whether the seizure had any connection to the allegations in the document.
