Prominent Democrats have argued that there is no “constitutional crisis” currently taking place in the Trump administration.
Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) reportedly spoke to the HuffPost on Wednesday. “A real constitutional crisis is happening within our judicial division. All over the country, abuses President Trump’s basic enforcement forces to unilaterally block President Trump’s basic enforcement agency,” White House Press Secretary Caroline Lewitt said. I’m doing it.”
About three weeks ago, in an oval office, Trump’s administration was hit by at least 57 lawsuits working to resist his policies and executive orders.
“When that happened [President] Joe Biden, then you [had] A conservative judge has blocked him and now there are liberal judges who stop these things. That’s how the process works,” Fetterman told the HuffPost, adding, “There’s no constitutional crisis, all of these things – it’s a lot of noise.”

“So I’m just swinging on strike,” he said.
The comments contrast to what was made by Democrat Sen. Chris Murphy earlier this week. “This is not an exaggeration to say we are now staring at the death of democracy in our eyes,” Sen. Chris Murphy told CNN.
“The heart of our democracy is that we are following court decisions: criminal court decisions, civil court decisions, constitutional court decisions. No one is beyond the law,” Connecticut said. Democrats said Monday. “And the courts interpret the law whether we like it or not.”
On Wednesday, Leavitt said:
“And they have issued at least 12 injunctions against this administration in the last 14 days, often without citing evidence or basis for their case,” she continued.

“This is part of a larger, coordinated effort by Democratic activists and is merely a continuation of weaponizing justice against President Trump,” Leavitt said.
Leavitt said that “very dishonest stories” have recently emerged in media outlets that “we are afraid that Americans will believe there is a constitutional crisis happening here in the White House.” He insisted that there was.
“Quick news flash to these liberal judges in support of the occlusionist efforts: 77 million Americans voted to elect this president. Each injunction is the rule of law It’s abuse and an attempt to stop people’s will,” Leavitt added.

“As the President clearly stated yesterday in his Oval Office, we will comply with the laws of the courts, but we will ultimately overturn these radical injunctions and enact President Trump’s policies. “We will continue to seek any legal remedies to ensure that we do so,” she concluded. .
