Rep. Jasmine Crockett of D-Texas is torched online after he expressed sympathy for a country that could be affected by a massive deportation from the United States after largely silenced on the millions of immigrants poured into the United States under the Biden administration.
The first-term progressive Crockett, who made headlines for several controversial comments this year, seemed unaware of the obvious double standards that drew criticism from conservative accounts, commentators and Republican lawmakers.
“As far as I’m concerned, you randomly lure people out of the country, abandoning them against their civil rights, oppose their constitutional rights,” Crockett said in a video posted on her Instagram page. “And frankly, how do they feel when other countries decide they just start throwing people randomly in our country? It’s absolutely crazy.”

In the video, Crockett reduces Republicans who have just refused to amend a massive budget bill put forward by lawmakers aimed at clarifying that immigration and customs enforcement agencies (ICEs) cannot under any circumstances detain or deport American citizens.
Republican actions infuriated Crockett last week when a child of a US citizen was deported with her non-citizen mother. Homeland Security spokesman Tricia McLaughlin said the child and her brother expelled citizenship.
Crockett was D-wash with Rep. Eric Swalwell, who panned Republicans.
“Literally, they just voted, they were others and we were all on the right side of history, so we weren’t us,” Crockett said. “They voted to give Trump the legal ability to deport American citizens. That’s what they voted for. A bunch of elected US representatives, that’s how they voted, and I’m lying or not?”
Some of the clips were posted on the popular, conservative account, End Wokeness.
“Other countries have been “stopping people randomly” at our country for decades, Crockett wrote Rep. Mark Harris in the comments.
“Hahaha. She’s a literal never-ending campaign ad,” wrote R-GA Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green.

Rep Jasmine Crockett says Democrats need to be “punched” and “okay” with Ted Cruz, Republicans
As part of their big tax bill, Congressional Republicans have put billions of dollars into President Donald Trump’s massive deportation and border security plans, nearly 20,000 new officers, $1,000 fees for immigrants seeking asylum, and $46.5 billion for long-standing border walls.
Overall, the plan is to eliminate 1 million immigrants a year and accommodate 100,000 people in detention centres.
Trump had previously thought that many criminal immigrants would deport violent criminal citizens to the El Salvador prisons, which had already been sent to his second term.
It’s not the first time that Crockett’s comments have been criticized.

Crockett continues her viral media streak, saying Dogehead Elon Musk should be “defeated” and R-Texas Sen. Ted Cruz should be “knocked over the head,” continuing her viral media streak with inflammatory comments targeting people on the other side of the aisle.
