The first episode of the sketch comedy show shared the top Trump administration, which shares attack plans on signal chats that include journalist Jeffrey Goldberg.
“Reference: Green Light of the Yemen’s Assault!” Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, played by Andrew Dismukes, a cast member of “SNL,” was sent to a signal chat shared with several teenage girls. “The Tomahawks were born 15 minutes ago. Who is ready to turn some rebels into glasses? 🇺🇸🇸🔥🍆.”
“Who is this?” replied one of the teenage girls played by Sarah Sherman.
Another teenage girl, played by host and “Anora” star Mikey Madison, answered Heggs.
“Yeah, that’s good, Jennabelle came from defense, right?” I get confused as Hegseth responded.
The third teenage girl in the chat was played by cast member Ego Nwodim and told her secretary that he was having the wrong group chat.
“Lolololol. Imagine that actually happened?” Confusing as Hegseth responded. “Hey, I got everyone. I’ll send you updated PDFs all over the place on the nuclear submarine.”
Vice President JD Vance, played by Bowen Jan, joined a chat in Greenland, the territory of a Denmark-controlled island that Trump said was going to annexate.
“No one knows why I’m here, especially me,” Yang as Vance puts in the chat. “But praise Trump, our work here is mysterious and important.”
