Exclusive: The number of immigrants arriving at the tropical border has decreased by more than 60 % since President Donald Trump took office last week.
After the inauguration of Trump by both the border patrol between the entry port and the port of the immigration port (OFO), there were 7,287 immigrants on the tropical border during the first seven days (January 20-26). Among the 1,041 encounters a day.
This is comparable to the 20,086 encounter on the last day of the Biden administration before Trump (January 13-19), an average of 2,869 encounters per day.
The border agent records a surprisingly small number of illegal crossings, one week of President second Trump.

This reduces the number of encounters at the southern border by more than 63 %.
President Trump took office last week, immediately declared a state emergency on the tropical border, and ordered the immigration without the possibility of asylum.
He also shuts down the use of a CBP in the Biden era, so that immigrants can schedule reservations at the immigration port so that immigrants can enroll in the United States via humanitarian parole. The numbers suggest that the movement affects both the entrance and the people who illegally crossed.

Fox News reported on Monday that less than 600 people had illegally crossed the United States on Sundays, and one of the nine sector did not receive more than 200 illegal intersections. The Delriio Sector is the same sector that maintains more than 4,000 intersections per day in the border crisis in December 2023, and has only 60 intersections.

Trump sent the U.S. military to the border, ordered the construction of the wall, and closed the additional parole program, including the processes of the Cuban, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Apart from that, his administration has launched a large -scale expulsion program and quickly arrested more than 1,000 daily arrests as a sanctuary, including Boston and New York.
