Spurring late abortion in Blue State Court: “Horrible”

The anonymous woman filed a rare medical negligence lawsuit against an Illinois abortion last week after making a “terrifying” turn when an emergency hospital visit revealed that “half of the deceased preschool human beings” remained inside her.

Chicago injury lawyer Richard Craig filed the suit on behalf of Jane Doe of Indiana, naming both the Champaign-based equity clinic and its founder, Dr. Keith Liesier Kindle, as defendants.

Craig told Fox News Digital in an interview Thursday that he had “never been presented” in such a case.

The lawsuit alleges that during a 22-week abortion in April 2023, Reisinger-Kindle left the fetal part inside the woman’s body, leading to severe complications. After the procedure, when the woman reported persistent convulsions, Reisinger-Cindle reportedly advised her to take over-the-counter painkillers and laxatives. She later underwent emergency surgery to remove her body parts. The DOE seeks damage to medical negligence and mental distress.

“This is someone who had an abortion with a 22-week pregnancy (which would result in a two-day process at that point), and when the work was done on the second day, he said it was his words, “The product of conception was visibly examined and confirmed to be complete.” “That’s his note. Well, obviously that didn’t happen.”

“When she presented her to the emergency room two days later, they found what they described as half of their previous dead fetuses,” Craig said. “And the film on record is actually suggested as two-thirds. So how can he say he visibly inspected her?”

Doe, a mother of four, allegedly refused to provide appropriate information to attendees without their consent.

The medical report included in the lawsuit application claims that the obstetrician/gynecologist has “departed from reasonable standards of care” by drilling the plaintiff’s uterus during abortion and failing to recognize the injury.

The report also states that Reisinger-Kindle “didn’t properly examine the fetal part” after the procedure. According to the lawsuit, a woman’s uterus had a large coin-sized hole. The report states that Reisinger-Cindle “when appropriate testing of the body was conducted, it would have been clear that the fetal part was still there.”

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision, Roev. Reversing Wade and leaving it to the state to decide on an abortion, Illinois has solidified its status as a paradise of proceedings and enacted a series of legislative measures to protect both providers and out-of-state women seeking a severance from lawsuits.

Reisinger-Kindle, featured in a Chicago Tribune article, was one of many providers who opened abortion clinics in the Midwest following the High Court’s decision.

Craig said he would not become a “friend of Illinois,” claiming that Reisinger-Kindle did not administer painless medication to the fetus.

“Current laws will prevent, for example, pursuing claims to this doctor against, for example, the child had to endure the pain that the child endured while being detached without relieving the pain,” Craig said. “And these laws actually prevent me, or someone from taking that position and seeking relief for that on behalf of the child.”

Fox News Digital reached out to Reisinger-Gindle for comment, but did not respond to it by the time of publication.
