Former President Joe Biden’s use of autopens allowed “lower classes under sadistic crime” to enter the United States under his administration’s border policies, according to Stephen Miller, the White House Deputy Chiefs of Staff.
Biden has been scrutinized over alleged use of the autopen during his time in office, and President Donald Trump said the thousands of pardons Biden signed were invalid and that the former president had no idea which documents he was signing through automated devices.
“The Democrats created a puppet presidency under Biden and used his autopen to resettle the lower classes of sadistic criminals in our town’s world,” Miller told X-Post Monday. “The left has the arms migration to the American people.”

Miller’s Post responded to one of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) who allegedly admitted that one of the suspects accused of ambushing and shooting an unofficial US border guard in New York City on Saturday, had illegally entered the country under the Biden administration in 2023.
According to DHS, Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez illegally entered the United States in April 2023, and authorities issued a criminal warrant to him for armed robbery with firearms in February.
Biden has signed several executive orders on immigration. This includes initiatives that are being brought together with families who would have provided a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants who have married US citizens. A federal judge broke the order in November 2024, claiming it violated the U.S. immigration law.
When asked about the specific order Miller mentions, the White House did not specify it, but Biden said he adopted an autopen for all aspects of the presidency.
Biden’s stunning exit, a year later: Dropouts heard nationwide
President Joe Biden will briefly speak with reporters after returning to the White House on February 19, 2024.
“The entire Biden presidency includes his dangerous, open and border policies — refusing to remove dangerous criminal illegals from our country — was run through an autopen,” White House spokesman Abigail Jackson said in a statement Monday to Fox News Digital. “President Trump is making this scam reveal what it was.”
A Biden spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News.

Biden’s alleged use of the autopen has attracted mainly attention to the wide range of pardons he issued towards the end of his term. It includes a series of preemptive pardons on his final day, as well as a series of preemptive attempts for officials such as President Anthony Fauci and former chieftain Mark Millie.
Several investigations are underway assessing Biden’s alleged use of autopensions during his office, including an investigation by the House Oversight Committee on cover-up of Biden’s mental decline, as well as misuse of the autopens for pardons and other enforcement orders during his term.
