Aerial footage captured a man in a stolen truck and struck several vehicles before he worked on police following a foot pursuit in the highlands.
On February 23, Upland police were notified of suspects entering city restrictions with a stolen Ford F-150 truck.
Police tried to pull the vehicle near Mountain Avenue and the Arrow Highway, but the suspect refused to make a concession and led the officers in the pursuit.

The aviation footage was filmed by the suspect recklessly speeding up the surface streets. When the driver executes a red light, he crashes into several vehicles.
He eventually gets into a parking lot of Jiffy lubricant, jumps out of the truck and escapes on foot. Police quickly arrived and began chasing him as they climbed over the fence and into a nearby business. He was eventually surrounded by police and worked on the ground.
The victim, whose suspect crashed, was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect was arrested on several felony, including avoiding a felony. He is being held on $1 million bail.
His identity has not been announced as the case is under investigation. No further details have been announced.
