Heavy rain fell overnight in Southern California, prompting evacuation of wildfire zones and flood warnings.
Southern California will be under the flood clock until around 6pm on Thursday as moderate to heavy rain falls into the area.
Not only is it thunderstorms, but it could also be snowing in mountainous areas.

LA County
NBC4 meteorologist Belem de Leon said the Eton Fire Barn Scar area was subject to flood warnings until around 5am. The Inland Empire has received evacuation warnings due to potential flooding and mud flows. Palisade Fire Area: Getty Villa Area near the burn area, Bien Beneda Area near Temescal Canyon Park, Rivas Canyon Park, Will Rogers State Park, Mandeville Canyon Road, Old Ranch Road, and Rustic Creek. Sunset Fire Area: East and South of Ranyong Canyon. Hurst Fire Area: Olive Lane at Oak Ridge Mobile Home Park. Part of Sierra Madre is under evacuation orders as city officials are worried about potential mudflows

Orange County
In Orange County, mandatory evacuation orders are in effect in the following areas due to potential debris flows due to airport burn scars:
Trabuco Creek: Evacuation Order Hot Springs Canyon: Evacuation Order Bell Canyon: Evacuation Order Long Canyon: Evacuation Warning Modjeska Canyon: Evacuation Warning
Flash flood warnings are also effective in airport burn scar areas, according to the National Weather Service.
San Bernardino County
San Bernardino authorities are warning residents of potential debris flow and evacuation near Lightwood, from the eastern county line to the Acorn Trail, from Rivera Drive South. Evacuation warnings were also effective in parts of Highlands and Mount Bardi.

Caltrans announced it would preemptively close the SR-330 at 2am on Wednesday afternoon. To ensure public safety.
