A group of suspicious squatters have been accused of taking over RV storage lots in industrial cities despite efforts to drive them out.
Sky5 showed several RVs with roofs ripped apart and trash piled up on Tuesday morning.
The BlackSeries RVS is kept in a fenced section of the property, but people have begun to move to them over the past two years. Things have been completely out of control since December, according to people working in the area.
“All the trailers are broken, broken, turned over… They were on fire, so there was a big fire. You know what we have to see.
The RV lot will be seen on March 25th, 2025. There, a group of suspicious squatters are being carried over in industrial cities. (KTLA)
Los Angeles County superintendent Hilda Solis said the property is within the industrial city, but the issue is a private dispute between the owner and the private party.
“We understand that on September 6, 2024, the property owner began legal proceedings to regain ownership of the site. After completing the necessary legal procedures, the owner recently received a title ruling,” Solis said in a statement.
This lot is clearly being rented to a Black Series RV company, and some of the people living there say they are paying rent to someone, but it’s unclear who it is.
The property manager is currently under eviction orders and hopes to clear the lot soon.
