Taco Bell is expanding its presence in the beverage market with the nationwide launch of its new premium drink lineup, Refrescas, and the expansion of its live Más Café concept in Southern California and Texas.
By fall 2025, the chain is expanding its live Más Café to 30 locations in Southern California, including Irvine, San Diego, Los Angeles County and Texas.
Taco Bell is set to launch its first “Live Mas” cafe in San Diego County. The cafe will provide Taco Bell fans with a unique experience of enjoying specialty drinks such as chillers, Agua Fresca and speciality coffee along with their favorite menu items,” officials said in a statement Friday. Located within the existing Taco Berber restaurant, these cafes will feature Berlista, which handmade over 30 signature drinks, including Refresa, Churro Chiller and Dirty Baha Blast Soda.
Taco Bell collaborated with Diversified Restaurant Group, one of Taco Bell’s biggest franchisees, to open its first live Más Café in San Diego County last year.
Diversified Restaurant Group will partner with Taco Bell for some of the upcoming cafe openings.
The new Refrescas collection includes six drinks. 3 Agua Refrescas, 2 Rockstar Energy Refrescas, and Frozen Refresca Freezes.

Agua Refrescas twists a traditional Mexican drink and mixes it with real lyophilized fruit and green tea to provide a subtle caffeine boost of 52 milligrams per cup. Drinks are available in strawberry passion fruit, dragon fruit berry and mango peach flavours. Rockstar Energy Refrescas is available in pineapple lime and tropical punch flavors curated exclusively for Taco Bell. Each drink contains 200 milligrams of caffeine to enhance its flavorful energy. Refresca Freeze is a frozen version of the Refresca line, made with real lyophilized fruits and has a bold strawberry lime flavor for cooling treatments.
This collection is now available at Taco Bell Locations nationwide. Prices for new drinks range from $3.79 to $4.49, depending on the drink and size.
