The beloved West Hollywood restaurant, which had planned to close for good, will now remain open.
Le Petit Four is scheduled to close on Monday, March 31, with owners citing rent increases and minimum wage increases.
However, the French bistro announced in a social media post on Sunday night that it was keeping the door open thanks to the enormous support it received from the community.
The business said the community appeared “in ways we never imagined.” They said they packed up reservations and received a heartfelt message.
“We are delighted to share that Le Petit Four remains open thanks to the overwhelming love and support from incredible patrons from across Los Angeles,” the business said in a social media post Sunday.
The business remains open for now, but they said they still need help keeping the doors open.
“With every visit, every meal, and every reservation, we stay in business and continue to serve the community we love. We are here because of you, and we will continue to show up for you with heart, integrity and gratitude,” the post continued.
Le Petit Four is located at 8654 Sunset Blvd.
