The New Jersey trio said that a visit to the Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) Detention Center Visit (ICE) Detention Center Visit (ICE) Detention Center Visit to the Railroad and federal agents could face arrests, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

Congressmen Lamonica Mciver, Bonnie Watson Coleman and Rob Menendez allegedly raided the Delaney Hall detention center. Authorities claimed that the ice agent was assaulted in a confrontation and were caught on camera.

“If it’s a typical US citizen and they try to plunge into a detention facility that houses dangerous criminals and everyone, they’ll be arrested,” DHS Deputy Director Tricia McLaughlin said on Saturday, “Fox News Live” host Kevin Corke. “It doesn’t mean you are beyond the law simply because you are a member of Congress or because you are a civil servant.

Mayor Newark has been arrested for assaulting a New Jersey ice prison for members of Dem Council to make a “surveillance visit.”

“If you attack a law enforcement officer, we will make sure you answer justice,” she added. “So I think the arrests are still on the table for this. This is an ongoing investigation.”

DHS reportedly has body camera footage of Congress members attacking ice officers “including body slamming female ice officers.”

A group of protesters, including lawmakers, stormed the detention centre as detainees’ buses entered the security gates, according to a DHS news release.

After the incident, McIver wrote in an X post that Ice had “pushed” her and “Manhandled” Watson Coleman.

At a press conference, McQuiver escalated her claim, saying, “She was attacked by multiple ice officers, but the ice area director is watching it happen.”

X DHS footage posted on Saturday appears to show unprovoked McIver barrels through law enforcement near the gate.

“Watch: U.S. Rep. Lamonica McQuiber (woman wearing a red blazer) will attack the gates of Delaney Hall Detention Center attacking Ice Agents,” DHS captioned the video.

DHS officials have yet to confirm pending charges against those accused of raiding the center.

Watson Coleman, who accused the ice agent of pushing her in, wrote in an X post that she, McQuiver and Menendez, will visit the Centre on Friday to “execute the watchdog as members of Congress.”

DHS officials confirmed that those detained in the contested prisons include “murderers, terrorists, child rapists and members of the MS-13 gang.”

“Contrary to the press conference announced by the DHS, we did not ‘raid’ the detention center,” Watson Coleman wrote. “The author of that press release was very new to the facts on earth.[s] that they did not correctly count the number of representatives they existed. ”

Baraka was handcuffed and detained for five hours and was formally charged with trespassing.

“They did this on trespassing charges, a local government charge that is usually handled by tickets,” Baraka’s lawyer wrote in a statement provided to Fox News. “His subsequent court release shows that this well-known and widely respected civil servant had no reason to believe it was a flight risk or risk to the communities he served.”

They also accused New Jersey U.S. lawyer Alina Haba of making “repeated” public statements that are “inaccurate, inflammatory, unfair.”

On X-Post Friday, Haba said, “Newark Mayor Las Baraka committed a trespassing and ignored multiple warnings from Homeland Security Investigations this afternoon to remove himself from an ice detention center in New Jersey.
