Exclusive: Environmental advocacy groups accused of trying to manipulate judges, the environmental advocacy group organized a long-standing national online forum, and discovered that email-style group chats suddenly became private to promote lucrative information and litigation updates on climate issues.
The Climate Justice Project (CJP) was founded in 2018 by the Environmental Law Institute (ELI), a left-wing environmental nonprofit organization, and in itself is “the number one effort” to provide judges with a “authority, objective, and reliable education” in which climate science, the impact of climate change, and climate science provides science in law.
However, critics such as Senator Ted Cruz of R-Texas say the CJP is funded for one purpose by Chinese and left-wing activists.
