The chairperson of the Los Angeles County GOP says she was a legal immigrant herself, and sect Democrats in the state intentionally nurture a “two-tier” judicial system designed to lock Latinos and immigrants into “permanent lower levels.”
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Roxanne Hoge, who moved to the United States in 1976 and became a citizen in 2000, said that despite claims that he is a Democratic immigrant party, their policies were designed to curb Latinos and immigrants.
“If you’re the one who pays taxes, follows the law, returns a library book that’s not scattered on the streets, you’re a champ, because if you want to start a business the right way, you’ll be waiting for a few years. To the degradation of once great cities,” she said.
“When Republicans took slaves, Democrats were really upset. They said, ‘Who’s going to choose cotton?’ And now Republicans are saying, ‘Hey, let’s enforce immigration laws,’ so this is within the federal realm and they’re really upset, saying, ‘Who’s going to choose our crops and weeds?’,” she said.
Newsom’s Office dismisses fears of crime and defends sanctuary policy amid surges in violence: “fake news”

Gavin Newsom and Mayor La Karen Bass. (Mario Tama/Getty Images, Roxanne Hoge and Jason Armond/Los Angeles Times via Getty Images)
Earlier this month, federal agents who conducted immigration enforcement raids at a state-licensed cannabis facility in northern Los Angeles discovered nine unaccompanied immigrant children.
Customs and Border Patrol Commissioner Rodney Scott said the facility is “investigating child labor violations.”
He posted a photo on X on Friday afternoon.
“This is Newsom’s California,” added Scott.
Hoge tells Fox News Digital that she believes she believes she believes “as herself.”

“Remember, every time Democrats whine about the illegal immigration they use to support numbers and the economy, they say they have little thought of the people under them,” she continued. “That’s what this is all about. They’ll prefer permanent lower classes, and California isn’t that kind of place.”
Hoge also denounced Democrats like California Gov. Gavin Newsom and California mayor Karen Bass for manipulating immigrant groups with fearful tactics about immigration enforcement by President Donald Trump. She pointed to a recent incident in which an illegal Mexican immigrant named Juliana Peraes Calderon allegedly fake her own ice tricks. Before it was discovered to be an elaborate hoax, Calderon’s induction was widely reported by the media and even pushed by the base.
“Whether for mental reasons or part of the group, poor women fake the tricks and say it was ice, but none of the above happened,” Hoge said. “And I lay it straight at the feet of Mayor Karen Bass, Gov. Gavin Newsom and Drama Kratz, who claims that passing the rules of the sanctuary city helps people when they do the exact opposite.”
“It was funny, and it was amazing that Republican mayor Richard Riordan and L.A. were booming and amazing, and there was a time when young people were here, when everyone was excited to live their California dreams,” she said. “We have a two-stage system, so that’s not true anymore.”

Fox News Digital reached out to Newsom and Bass’ offices for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
Newsom recently called Trump a “chaos agent” and “teared” the California community through his administration’s immigration enforcement action.
The governor argued that Trump’s “cruelty” was “what appears to be harsh.”
