Fraser Bohm, the defendant driver of the vehicle that collided with four Pepperdine University students on the Pacific Coast Highway in October 2023, admits he has not committed any crime in the deaths of four female student sisters.
Baum appeared in Los Angeles County court on Wednesday and heard his accusations along with a new lawyer who was a legal representative, one of the most prominent murders in recent memory.
Baume of Malibu hired Alan Jackson. Alan Jackson recently secured an innocent verdict at Karen Reed’s Massachusetts murder trial, according to court television.

Jackson also represents actor Kevin Spacey in a sexual assault case and has indicted music producer Phil Spector in the murder of actress and model Lana Clarkson, a former member of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office team.
Jackson will try to exonerate another client in the famous murder case that made the nation’s headlines.
Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams died when authorities said the speeding driver had attacked them about four miles east of the school.
According to the DA office, Baume is accused of attacking Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams on October 17, 2023. Four students were declared dead at the scene – Baume was not injured.
The 22-year-old at the time was temporarily arrested before being released hours later. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with murder in the deaths of four college seniors.
The crash occurred in the area of arterial roads known by locals as the “curve of a dead man.” The posted speed limit near the crash that women were hit is 45 mph.

These deaths have led to locals and elected leaders seeking traffic calming measures, with speed cameras installed along dangerous roads being installed.
Since his arrest, Bohm has claimed he has been running away from road rage incidents at a popular Malibu restaurant. Baume’s former chief attorney had claimed that he could identify anyone who said he incited the incident that led to Baume’s high-speed escape at about three miles from the restaurant.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has yet to support that claim.

Speaking outside court on Wednesday, Jackson said he intends to make a hole in the prosecutor’s case and is trying to cut Baume’s $4 million bail, according to the Daily Mail.
Bohm will return to court on September 5th.
Baume is also facing a potential civil lawsuit from the families of four women who were killed.
Meanwhile, Jackson has confirmed he will be rejoining the Karen Reed defense team as he stares at his civil suit in an illegal death lawsuit filed by the family of former Boston police officer John O’Keefe.
