First Fox: Energy Group is updating its call for an investigation into more than half a dozen climate-related Biden management enforcement actions that it considers to be null and invalid because it is signed without public comment from former President Joe Biden.
Power The Future, a nonprofit organization defending US energy employment, has considered eight Biden executive orders that it described as a major change in domestic energy policy, saying it did not find any evidence the president is speaking publicly, raising concerns that the order was signed by Autoopen and he was unaware of it.
“These are not vague bureaucratic memos. They were fundamental changes to America’s energy policy, but Joe Biden never spoke publicly about them,” Daniel Turner, founder and executive director of Power the Future, told Fox News Digital.
Executive orders reviewed by future powers include the 2023 Arctic drilling ban, the 2021 executive order requesting zero emissions from the federal government by 2050, and the executive order mandating the “clean energy” AI center and the offshore drilling ban on just before resigning in 2025.

Finding Biden’s evidence to speak publicly about the climate executive order sent this week to the DOJ, EPA, DOI, DOE, and the House and Senate oversight committees, called for an investigation into which the decision was made, drafted and ultimately signed an executive order.
“The need for access to information in these revelations is a letter to State Speaker James Corner, in light of the growing evidence that the actions allegedly claimed by the former president may be approved or signed by him, but instead, that he was promoted in his name in his unknown name, or that his signature was promulgated beyond his signature using an “auto-pen.”
“Congress deserves to know how or how these enforcement actions were approved, and whether the former president was aware of such orders before it was implemented by federal officials. Are these actions aimed at implementing his authority, which was carried out in the President’s knowledge and approach?
What is an autopen? Signature device at the heart of Trump’s attack on Biden’s pardon

Fox News Digital contacted Biden’s office for comment but did not respond to the reporting time.
The President’s Autopen has been the topic of conversation with the Republicans in recent weeks and months, especially as questions about Biden’s mental vision have been followed for the past few years, and as he faces an increase in scrutiny following the release of Jake Tupper and Alex Thompson’s book, Original Sin.
“Power is concerned that key policies of key economic and national security dictated by the White House during the Biden administration may have been implemented without the president’s recognition and approval, but perhaps instead, by small compatriots of staff,” the letter states.
“This possibility has been made clearer by the claims made in a recent book entitled Original Sin, but these claims simply support the information that has emerged.”
Autoopen is a device programmed to physically hold a pen and replicate a person’s signature. The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel held in 2005 that the president was allowed to use an autopen to sign the bill to the law, and the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a ruling in February stating that it was “not equivalent to proof that no writing occurred.”
In March, President Donald Trump argued that Biden’s pardon and others, who served on the House Selection Committee to investigate the January 6, 2021 Capitol riots, were “invalid” claiming that they had been signed through an autopen and that Biden had no idea about them.
David Marcus: Old Biden’s autopaven must be invalid
Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley told Fox News Digital that the possibility of legally challenged the law would “disappear” despite Trump’s concerns over Biden’s pardon over alleged use of an autopen.
“The president is permitted to use an autopen, and the courts do not envisage any fatal conspiracy,” Tarley said.
The Power the Future letter appeared to have forgotten that Biden had signed an order suspended LNG exports during a meeting in January.
The report released by the Heritage Foundation department is said to be that most of the official documents signed by Biden are auto-pen signatures.

“There is no evidence that while the US fossil fuel industry was punished during the Biden administration, hundreds of billions of dollars were collected on the Pet Green project and that Biden ordered it or recognized that it was happening in his name or that it was happening in his name.
“This autopen scandal is evidence that these green EOs are invalid and instigators should be thoroughly investigated by the DOJ to violate American trust and perpetuate major fraud in the public.”
