First on FOX: Mahmood Mamdani, father of socialist New York City candidate Zohran Mamdani, sat on an advisory board of anti-Israel organizations supporting Israeli boycotts and sanctions, routinely denounced the Israeli government as “genocide” and expressed sympathy for Bommer, the Suind Suirists faction.
The Gaza Court, established in London in 2024, states its main goal is to “awaken civil society to its responsibility and opportunity to stop the Israeli massacre in Gaza.”
Its website also mentions that Mahmood Mamdani is listed as a member of the group’s “Advisory Policy Council” and attended the group’s official launch in London last year.
Court President Richard Faulk said, “The purpose of the court is or or.” [sic] It justifies and encourages solidarity initiatives in civil society around the world, such as BDS. ”

The BDS is described as “an international campaign as an expression of Jewish national self-determination rights by economically sequestering the nation through consumer boycotts, business and government withdrawals and legal sanctions.”
Zohran Mamdani also refusing to say whether Israel has the right to exist, and promoted the BDS as in May when he said that its support for the BDS was “in line with my political core.”
Mahmoud Mamdani, a professor of government at Columbia University, has recently faced criticism of social media over an excerpt from a book that has expressed sympathy for the way suicide bombers are seen.
“Suicide bombings need to be understood not as a mark of the wild bar, but as a feature of modern political violence,” Elder Mamdani wrote in his 2004 book, “Good Muslims, Bad Muslims: America, the Cold War, and Roots of Terror.”
“We need to recognize suicide bombings as a category of soldiers first and foremost.”
The founders and members of the Gaza Court have deep ties with the anti-Israel movement, but at least one has been deported from the United States due to terrorist ties.
Falk has been repeatedly accused of his “special rapporteur” UN position of “spreading unfounded allegations against Israel,” according to the Canary Mission, a watchdog organization that works to expose anti-Israel views. In 2011 and 2014, Falk accused Israel of being a “colonialist” country and claimed it was pushing forward with the “goals of ethnic dense.” He continued to echo these views during his interviews, like in February this year.
Faulk faced backlash in 2007 by comparing Israel’s government to the Nazis and slamming it rhetorically for guiding the “Palestinian Holocaust.” This comparison has led to a backlash from UN ambassador Itzhak Lebanon, who opposes the 2008 UN nomination.

Professor Emeritus at Princeton University also called for a boycott of businesses doing business with Israel in 2012, saying “it should be boycotted until operations are introduced in line with international human rights and humanitarian law and standards.” However, a spokesman for the Anti-Anti-Prevention League (ADL) fought back, warning that the UN “has repeatedly abused its position as a special rapporteur to unleash unrestricted hatred and neglect towards Israel,” and that “the UN should not add to this completely unfair effort.”
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Falk said it advocates “a non-violent solidarity initiative with the Palestinian struggle for their fundamental rights, including BDS.”
“I believe that Israel’s occupation policies in Gaza and the West Bank persecuted the Palestinians in their homelands,” Faulk added. “We also believe this pattern of replacing the native population shows settlers colonial political projects that rely on domination like apartheid and exploitation of the native population. If such a regime encounters extended resistance, it is almost inevitably one of the cleans without civilians, or most often by cleaning in large quantities, to curb civilians by cleaning in large quantities, October.
Falk added that Jewish voters in New York City have “don’t worry” about Mahmoud Mahmdani’s connection to the court, or the mayoral rate of Zoran Mahmdani.
“Both fathers and sons respect international law, the United Nations, human rights of all people, and Pacific reconciliation of political conflict,” Faulk said.
He is not the only member of the court with anti-Israel ties. In a press release for the group’s launch, Dr. Hatem Bazian, president of American Muslims in Palestinian and co-founder of Students for the Palestinian Judicial, also attended the launch. Basian is a controversial anti-Israel figure for decades due to inflammatory rhetoric about Israel and the Jews, including a 2014 convention speech.
In 2015, Basian raised the alarm bell when he called for a “intifada in this country,” which is widely interpreted as calling for violence against Jews, “a fundamental change in the country’s political dynamics,” and “a country’s intifada.” He continues, “They’re going to say that the Palestinians are too radical – well, you haven’t seen radicalism yet.”
He also faces backlash from anti-Semitic posts on social media. It elicited a backlash from several student groups, including those that chuckled Hashidic Jews. Another social media accounts for Jews controlling UC Berkeley. This stands for classic anti-Semitism about their “power.”

Sami Alalian, a professor at the University of South Florida who admitted to conspiring to support Palestinian Islamic jihad terrorist groups in 2006, also attended the launch meeting of the Gaza Court.
He recently posted that he was “very honored and proud” to contribute to the Gaza Court’s “Sarajevo Declaration” which accused Israel of “genocide.” Mass detention, torture, cruel and inhumane treatment. ”
The declaration continued, “seeking an end to the smearing of Unrwa and other humanitarian workers” for free and unhindered access to UNRWA, a group that was accused of alleged terrorism relations, including cooperation with Hamas.
Alarian, a federal judge once called a “master manipulator” and terrorist group leader, spent 30 years in the United States before being arrested in 2003, according to the Department of Justice. After a 57-month prison term, he agreed to be deported to Turkey as part of his plea agreement for a single charge about what began as a 17-count federal accusation.
Then U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez said in 2006 that the dishonest professor had denied involvement in the terrorist group for a decade before prosecutors had enough evidence to bring about the charges.
“In his guilty plea, Al Alia acknowledged that from the late 1980s and early 1990s, he and some of his conspirators were associated with Palestinian Islamic jihad,” the DOJ said in a statement after his sentence. “He further admitted that he had provided various services for PIJ in 1995, and then PIJ was designated as a specially designated terrorist and that he knew that PIJ was engaged in a horrifyingly deadly violent act.”
Former socialist British Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has long been labelled as anti-Semitic for various anti-Israel statements, but is also a member of the Gaza Court of Advisory Committee.
In 2020, an anti-Semitic investigation by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) found that Corbyn’s Labour Party broke the law in a way that dealt with anti-Semitic complaints when Corbyn was in charge.
Corvin was eventually suspended by the Labour Party on anti-Semitism charges. He also mentioned Hamas’ “friends” who came to attend Congress.
A 2019 poll showed that a whopping 87% of British Jews believed Corbyn was anti-Semitic, pointing out many incidents and comments. Much of this includes his stubborn support for the Palestinians and his perception of hostility towards Israel.

Zoran Mamdani’s attitude towards Israel was a topic that has been widely discussed so far during the mayoral campaign, and he caused controversy by refusing to condemn the phrase “globalization of intifadas.”
Mamdani, a co-founder of Bordin University students at the Palestinian branch for four years, expressed support for the academic boycott of Israel in her school paper.
Mamdani has been widely criticized by Jewish groups in New York for his past position and comments as he attempted to position himself to win the general election against former governor Andrew Cuomo, who runs as an independent member in November.
