Exclusive – Rep. Greg Stubuch of the R-FLA is introducing today’s resolution to ensure that the president “takes the sledgehammer” by allowing the president to use “the full power of the US military” against nine members of a tough immigrant crime group in American cities.

One of the criminal groups included in the resolution is Tren de Aragua, also known as the “TDA.” It’s an international gang that led to the murder of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley and the violent acquisition of at least one apartment in Aurora, Colorado last year. The group is also suspected of having ties with Venezuelan socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro.

The resolution will allow President Donald Trump to unleash American troops with Tren de Aragua, MS-13, the Sinaloa Cartel and several other gangs, presenting “a clear and obvious danger” to the American people by saying that he “violated the integrity of American territory.”

It says more than 110,000 Americans per year died from opioid overdose during the border crisis under the Biden administration. Additionally, the targeted cartel said it “allowed the emergence of terrorism, anger at personal dignity, and extrajudicial implementation of innocent people in the United States.”

“Ensuring territorial integrity, national sovereignty, and protection of the American people over all enemies abroad and within the country is the greatest responsibility of protection against all enemies entrusted to the military,” the resolution reads,” the President is permitted to use the US military in such a way that the President is appropriate for direct cooperation with the cartel or directly coordinated with the cartel directly or directly coordinated with the Affiliation Affiliation Affiliation Affiliation Affiliation Cartel directly coordinated with the cartel directly. cartel. ”

This comes after Trump designated Tren de Aragua and seven other groups as “foreign terrorist organizations” at the direction of an executive order signed by Trump on his first day in office.

The order said these groups “present an extraordinary and extraordinary threat to the US national security, foreign policy and the economy,” and called for the International Emergency Economic Force Act (IEEP) to declare a national emergency to “deal with these threats.”

“To ensure the complete exclusion of the existence of these organizations in the United States and the ability to threaten US territory, security and security through command and control structures outside the territory is a US policy, thereby protecting the integrity of the American people and the US territory,” reads the order.

Speaking to Fox News Digital, Steube explained his resolution, saying, “These were not low-level Lawbreakers ragtag bands, but rather organized criminal businesses that benefited death and addiction.”

“We can no longer ignore the intentional invasion of Mexican drug cartels into our neighborhoods and communities,” he said. “Too many innocent people suffer at the hands of the cartel.”

“Until the Mexican government finally steps up and crushes the drug cartels that use Mexico as its home base, Congress will need to give President Trump and his secretary a hegses and bring Sledgehammers to these criminal networks and their supply chains,” he continued. “My joint resolution allows the Trump administration to use the full power of the US military against the nine largest drug cartels operating in Mexico.”
