An illegal Mexican foreigner living in Los Angeles has been charged with “ticking” his own fake ice to generate sympathy and seeking donations, the Justice Department announced Thursday.

Dozi said Yuliana Julia Peraescalderon, 41, a resident of South Los Angeles, was accused of making conspiracy and false statements to federal officers.

Calderon lived in the United States on parole of federal law enforcement, which expired in 2023. She is subject to federal custody as she is allegedly forged the kidnapping.

This comes after local outlet KTLA reported at a press conference held by Calderon’s “loves and lawyers.”

According to an affidavit filed in criminal charges against Mexico’s illegal Yuriana Julia Pelaez Calderon, HSI investigators determined that the photographs provided to the investigators were “made to make Calderon appear to be in custody and appear to be misunderstood there.” (US Department of Justice)

The outlet reported that a woman identified as an attorney named Stefano Medina claimed that Calderon had not identified herself but was a blessed hunter, forced into Jack’s parking lot in Los Angeles. Medina claimed that Calderon was taken to the border and presented to “ice staff,” and the “ice staff” requested that the self-abolition papers be signed.

Medina said when Calderon refused to sign the documents, she was taken to the warehouse until she agreed to sign the documents.

Fox News Digital has obtained a copy of the criminal charges against Calderon filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California. The affidavit filed in the complaint alleges that Calderon and others have claimed that “inducing” as “inducing” for their interests “including their own financial interests.”

The affidavit said Calderon’s daughter had set up a GoFundMe page to raise $4,500 after being “taken by a man masked in an unmarked vehicle.”

The daughter filed a report of the missing person at the Los Angeles Police Department. The Los Angeles Police Department has notified the Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) with Calderon’s invitation.

HSI determined that Calderon would not protect DHS’ custody, and concerns about her safety led the agency to begin its own investigation to find her. During the investigation, the HSI noticed some irregularities, including calls to loved ones that appear to have been made from a phone borrowed by Calderon, being deliberately masked to appear as unknown numbers, apparently made from her mobile phone.

According to the affidavit, Calderon’s forced aid video surveillance showed she quietly left Jack in the box parking lot and entered a nearby sedan. Despite the video showing a prominent LAPD vehicle nearby, Calderon refused to warn the officers that she was in danger.

The affidavit states that “when faced with genuine information that contradicted their inviting stories,” Calderon and others lied to federal agents, saying they “sought to thwart law enforcement efforts” by maintaining a place from law enforcement.

According to a statement from DOJ, HSI agents tracked Calderon until July 5 in the car park at the shopping plaza in Bakersfield, California. The statement said Calderon continued to claim that she was taken to a masked man and detained with others.

She is in US immigration custody and faces a maximum sentence of five years in federal prison for conspiracy and up to five years for false statements if convicted of charges.

Commenting on the charges, US Attorney Bill Essayri, for the Central District of California, thanked HSI for “facing unprecedented levels of assault” and “facing unprecedented levels of assault” to “provide cool heads and professionalism during these difficult times.”

The essay said, “The dangerous rhetoric of ice agents ‘inviting’ is that illegal immigrants are recklessly engaging with politicians, echoing the media and burning the masses, and not trusting courageous federal agents.”

Eddie Wang, special agent at HSI Los Angeles, also said, “My office has invested valuable time and resources that are suspected of this enquiry investigation, just to discover that it is a hoax.

“Bypassing critical law enforcement resources is not only reckless and irresponsible, but it also puts the community at risk,” Wang added. “The real cost of such fraud is the amount of fentanyl that has not been seized, and child predators who have not been excluded from communities that were not rescued as community enforcement agencies redirected resources to recover the defendants.

“We want to ensure the public that allegations of criminal conduct will be thoroughly investigated by HSI and our law enforcement partners, and that those engaged in fraud and deceptions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”

The White House also cried out about the development. White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital, “Fake news wants to believe anti-ice stories, so they refuse to actually check the facts and instead only reflect the lies they’ve been given.”

“The truth has come out. This was just another fake news hoax,” she added. “Outlets who participate in this hoax should apologise for being embarrassed and lying to their audience. There is always low confidence in the media, and this is the perfect example.”
