Prosecutors believe the boy was actually killed the day before July 11th in an apartment in the 14,500 block of Lanark Street, located about half a mile from the parking lot.
“This is a truly heartbreaking and horrifying case, and our deepest sympathy has appeared in the families of our young victims,” District Attorney Nathan Hochman said. “We are committed to seeking justice and we assure that this defendant is responsible for his actions.”
Gaddis is scheduled to be arrested on August 18th at the Van Nuis branch of LA County Superior Court.
He is being held at the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Jail in lieu of a $2 million bail and faces a maximum sentence of 25 years in a state prison if convicted.
