The man who claims to be Trump’s “assassin” admits he has not committed a crime against the threat

He openly claimed the death of then-presidential election Donald Trump, praised himself as an “assassin” and threatened to shoot Commander 47 shortly after the election, prosecutors say.

These words left in a Facebook post are at the heart of the federal ju trial’s indictment. On Tuesday, Thomas Eugenestribel, 73, of Yucca Valley, pleaded not guilty to counting three men who suffered a threat.

A San Bernardino County man was arrested by the US Former S before 11am on Monday and was arrested the following day in Central District Court in Riverside.

He is out on a $10,000 bond and is expected to return to court on July 28th. If convicted in all respects, Streavel can serve in prison for up to 15 years.

“This defendant is being charged with threatening our president’s life. He is already a man who has survived two crazy attempts in his life,” our Atty said. General Pam Bondi in the statement. “The Department of Justice will accept these threats to the greatest extent and prosecute this crime to the fullest extent of the law.”

The numbers listed in Streavel were not answered, and no lawyer was listed for him in court documents.

His actions were detailed in the charges of the Great Ju Court starting May 29th, sealed on Tuesday.

Streavel announced various threats days after Trump’s election victory in November, according to the Justice Department.

“[T]Lamp is a dead man walking for a while until a patriot like me blows him [expletive] Streavel posted it on November 6th, according to court documents.

Six days later, Streavel posted on Facebook that he is willing to “blow America great again and again.” [expletive] The indictment says.

A similar Facebook rant was heard on November 19th and 28th.

In a previous example, he wrote, “Let’s put a bullet between your presidential election ears… that’s the purpose of my life.”

He later posted, “I pray for your successful assassination in the presidential election.” He then said, “My mission in life is to kill the worthless losers.” [expletive] And my mission will begin tonight, so please look at your own cards [sic]you’re dead [expletive] And I’m your assassin,” court documents show.

The Streavel post is extended before the election when he wrote on October 15th, “Today is the best day to blow your brain away and I love pulling the trigger.”

The Secret Service is also investigating the issue.

“The type of rhetoric and threat made by this accused is similar to what led to the president’s attempts to live life last year,” said Atty, the US. Bill Essayre. “There is no place for political violence or threats in the United States.”

Trump was injured at a campaign rally held in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13th. One shootout killed one attendee and two seriously injured, and the agency said the unidentified gunman was killed by the Secret Service.

On September 15th at Trump’s West Palm Beach on the Florida golf course, Secret Service agent scoped one or two holes in front of him saw the muzzle of an AK-47-style weapon pointing to a tree line on the course boundary.

Trump was unharmed in the second attempt in his life in two months.
