Five members of the proud juvenile are suing certain FBI and the Department of Justice employees over the January 6th prosecution.

Enrique Talio, Zachary Rail, Ethan Nordan, Joseph Biggs and Dominic Pezzola violated their constitutional rights in the lawsuit, and prosecutors said on January 6, 2021 that it was a plan to attack the U.S. Capitol.

In a document filed in Florida federal court and obtained by Fox News Digital, the man “follows the grossly systemic abuse of the legal system and the US Constitution to punish and suppress President Trump’s political allies by necessary, legal or illegal means.

“Tampering, intimidation of witnesses, violations of lawyer and client privileges, and the use of evidence to deploy spies to report court strategies has given the government the most favourite wish to jail J6 defendants.

Fox News Digital has contacted the U.S. Department of Justice for comment.

Four of the five men were convicted of inflammatory conspiracy after the attack, facing a 22-year attack to plan an attack on one of the accused on January 6th, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Nordhan was sentenced to 18 years, Biggs was sentenced to 17 years, and Rail was sentenced to 15 years. Pezzola was found guilty of conspiracy to obstruct Congress and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

But President Donald Trump has forgiven and commute almost every defendant sentence after taking office this year, including Talio, Rail, Nordan, Biggs and Pezzola.

The Washington Post had been barred from entering Washington, DC due to previous arrests.

“As the plaintiffs are proven, free and able to exercise their rights as American citizens again, they can bring this suit into agony for violations of the fourth, fifth and sixth amendments…and adds to the common law tort of malicious prosecution and false imprisonment,” the suit adds.

Prosecutors said Pezzola was seen on video on Jan. 6 using a police riot shield to commit the first violation of the U.S. Capitol.

Prosecutors alleged that the man was charged under “a novel theory of criminal conspiracy known as “instrumental theory.” “Despite the legal zigally pokery adopted by the government to obscure facts, the plaintiff was essentially found guilty of “stochastic terrorism.” The left-wing bug was used to explain rhetorical attacks they claimed were causing violent behavior. ”
