When officers attempted to stop traffic, the suspect failed yields and eventually began a pursuit taken over by the CHP and SBSD.
Shortly after Sky5 caught up with the pursuit, the suspect pulled in front of the house, casually stepped out of the vehicle, surrounded by law enforcement officers with guns, surrendered as they were tackled.
