A SWAT team was sent to the house and engaged in standoffs with suspects in Long Beach Wednesday afternoon.
Sky5 footage shows multiple bearcat cars and a squad car from Long Beach Police Station parked along the street and in a nearby alleyway outside the house on 65th Avenue near Butler Avenue around 12:50pm.
Two armored officers were seen sitting on the roof of a nearby garage, aerial footage showed. Further footage shows a police officer drawing a gun approaching the front window of the house and deploying tear gas before retreating.

At about 1:10pm, an individual was seen leaving the back of the house. They surrendered after climbing the ladder and although their association with the investigation is unknown, they were soon taken into custody by SWAT officers.

It is also unclear whether there are more people in the residence. After the person was detained, all clear things were not given immediately, but members of the SWAT team were seen entering the house at 1:25pm

The 91 and 710 highways, both directly adjacent to the neighborhood, were not immediately affected by the standoffs. Sky5 footage showed some residents evacuated to nearby Coolidge Park.
Officials from the Long Beach Police Department did not immediately comment on the circumstances surrounding the standoff.
