SHIMI VALEY, CA – The ramp-prolonged theft of China’s intellectual property from American systems and industries must be thwarted as a US battle to remain US economic and military leader, but the US cannot be completely separate from the economic giants.
The key is to keep China as a major trading partner without access to American technology, such as artificial intelligence and computer chips, according to the Round.
“In doing so, we may limit our ability to actually have a marketplace where we can actually create our own. They use ours, and they become our standard.
“We don’t necessarily sell it entirely. Let’s see if we can affect those and the other world as well in terms of AI and other technological advancements in the future,” he added.
The round was one of the panelists at the conference where President Donald Trump spoke about the threat he is tackling the country’s chronic trade deficits and chronic trade deficits with foreign countries, and the optimistic threat to his future to ensure that the United States remains the global economic and military leader.

He added that China has no concern about stealing US intellectual property. This is understood as an intangible creation, such as trade secrets such as patents for inventions and technical algorithms. The round recalls a recent conversation with the Chinese ambassador who told him that their culture didn’t understand “how someone owns an idea.”

The Round said the country needs to suspend by recognizing Chinese citizens with ELITE US Schools and CCP ties until a coercive agreement is introduced to protect Chinese property and processes from China’s capture.
“We have Chinese students coming here, and they [maintain] Go home. And even if they want to stay here, one of the challenges we have is that their families may be forced to request that they return home again. And if that’s the case, one of the knowledge we helped them develop here will go back home with them,” Round said.

“We are now close to about $50 trillion per year in economic activity with China, but they steal about $600 billion in intellectual property each year. So we have this dichotomy of trying to do good trade and recognizing that they are stealing our property,” he said.
The Round said the floodgates for embracing and utilizing AI have not yet been opened in the US as many Americans are still hesitant to trust technology. But in just a few months, he said there will be a massive overhaul in the health industry, with the support of technology that can quickly identify cancer and diagnose diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. This will encourage American culture to embrace AI and bring together the spread of that in the private sector, he said.

The forum at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, located in California’s Santa Susana Mountains and Simi Hills, kicked off Thursday evening and featured more than a dozen discussions and panels on Friday focusing on the economy, artificial intelligence, and US defense strategy. Bank leader Jamie Dimon of Jpmorgan Chase, energy secretary Chris Wright and former Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin were among those who joined the round to address the country’s economic health.

The meeting comes as the Senate works to pass the Big Beautiful Bill. It’s a massive multi-billion dollar law that promotes Trump’s agenda on taxes, immigration, energy, defense and government bonds. The round said the law must be passed or that Americans will see their taxes spike.
