The US plans to declare three members of violent transnational gangster Tren DeLagua (TDA) as “an alien enemies” and hand them over to Chile, where they are being called for many violent crimes, officials said.

The Justice Department said the three gang members are 37-year-old Adrian Rafael Games Finor, 38-year-old Miguel Oyola Zimenez and Edgar Javier Benitez Rubio. Both were 37 years old, and all three committed “brutal” crimes, including murder, temptation, temptation, forced, human, drug trafficking, and more.

“The Department of Justice will work quickly to bring these alien enemies back to Chile and face justice,” the department said.

Gamez Finol is a dual Venezuelan and Colombian citizen who was deported from the US to Venezuela in August 2023, and is said to have later illegally re-entered the US. He is currently in the Texas County Jail, serving a human smuggling sentence.

Oyolazimenez, a citizen of dual Venezuela and Ecuador, is in custody in Washington after Chilean authorities returned to Chile to endure a trial on the charges of accusations and accused of accusations.

Benitez Rubio, a Venezuelan citizen, serves immigration custody in Indiana.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said in a written statement that the man would have already been taken away if there were no injunctions against the alien enemy laws.

“In fact, we would have already removed these violent gang members in Chile if not for a national injunction imposed by a single judge in Washington, DC. “We hope common sense and justice win.”

Supreme Court Justice James Boasberg of the DC Circuit granted a temporary restraining order that would prevent deportation under the Act.

The Trump administration appealed the order.

A three-person judge panel from the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals will hear discussions on the issue Monday afternoon.
