The Wisconsin Supreme Court unanimously decided not to listen to last-minute attempts by the state attorney general, urging that Elon Musk not give millions of dollars of checks on Sunday.
The news is that Tesla CEO will host the American PAC Town Hall in Green Bay on Sunday night. Musk is planning to hand over a $1 million check to two voters who signed the petition against the “activist judge.”
Badger voters elected a Wisconsin Supreme Court judge for a 10-year term, and Musk was there to support former Republican state attorney general, Brad Simmell.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Cowl asked the 4-3 Liberal Majority Court to reach a decision “as soon as possible, not before the event planned on Sunday evening.”

Kaur argued that the mask giveaway violates the state’s election laws, but the two winners of the mask’s upcoming check have already voted.
“The offer to pay two Wisconsin electors $1 million is subject to vote in the upcoming election, a violation of Wisconsin Act §12.11.[ing] Or refrain[ing] From the vote, the Attorney General’s submission stated.
“Wisconsin law prohibits anyone from providing something valuable to steer vote,” Kaur continued. “Even so, Elon Musk did exactly that.”

In the court application, Musk’s lawyer argues that the payment is “intended to create a grassroots movement against activist judges, not to explicitly defend the candidate.”
Schimel told Fox News Sunday that “we don’t control either of the spending from outside groups, whether it’s Elon Musk or others.”
“It’s something I’ve committed to anyone, whether it’s President Trump, Elon Musk, or Wisconsin donors and donors, supporters or voters,” the candidate added. “That’s my commitment.”
It is unclear whether Schimel will be attending the rally. In a statement regarding X, Musk wrote that “the entrance is limited to those who signed the petition against the activist judge.”
